Custom Orders Are Final

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind.
• Once production begins after your final proof approval, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Customer Responsibilities

We are not liable for free reprints or refunds resulting from:

• Spelling, grammar, or typographical errors in customer-provided artwork.
• Poor print quality due to low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files supplied to us.
• Incorrect dimensions, finishing options, or material choices made by you during the ordering process.

Defective Items or Production Errors

If your signage or print job contains a physical defect, or if the final product significantly deviates from your approved proof:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photographs of the defect along with your order number.
• Do not discard the defective items, as we may require them to be returned to our shop in Kuwait for inspection.
• If the error is verified on our end, we will expedite a reprint at no additional cost or offer a full/partial refund based on the severity of the issue.

الطلبات الخاصة نهائية

• لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات، أو استبدالها، أو استرداد الأموال بسبب تغيير الرأي.
• بمجرد بدء الإنتاج بعد موافقتك النهائية على التصميم (البروفة)، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله.

مسؤوليات العميل

نحن غير مسؤولين عن إعادة الطباعة مجاناً أو استرداد الأموال في الحالات التالية:

• الأخطاء الإملائية، أو النحوية، أو المطبعية في الملفات والتصاميم المقدمة من قبلك.
• رداءة جودة الطباعة الناتجة عن تزويدنا بملفات منخفضة الدقة أو غير منسقة بشكل صحيح.
• اختيار مقاسات، أو مواد، أو خيارات تشطيب خاطئة أثناء عملية الطلب.

المنتجات المعيبة أو أخطاء الإنتاج

إذا كان هناك عيب مصنعي أو تلف في اللوحات والمطبوعات، أو إذا كان المنتج النهائي يختلف تماماً عن التصميم الذي تمت الموافقة عليه:

• يجب إبلاغنا خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
• تزويدنا بصور واضحة توضح العيب مع رقم الطلب الخاص بك.
• يرجى عدم التخلص من المنتجات المعيبة، حيث قد نطلب إعادتها إلى مطبعتنا في الكويت لفحصها.
• إذا ثبت أن الخطأ من طرفنا، سنقوم بإعادة طباعة الطلب بأسرع وقت بدون أي تكلفة إضافية، أو تقديم استرداد مالي كامل أو جزئي حسب حجم المشكلة.
