1. Order Process & Proofing

• Proof Approval: Before printing begins, we may provide a digital proof of your design. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check for spelling, layout, and factual errors. Once you approve the final proof, the order goes into production, and we are not liable for any errors present in the approved design.
• Color Variations: Because computer monitors display colors in RGB and printing presses print in CMYK, exact color matching between your screen and the final printed product is not guaranteed. Slight color shifts are normal in the printing industry.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless stated otherwise.
• As all products are custom-made, full payment must be received before production begins.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

3. Turnaround Time & Production

• Production turnaround time begins only after full payment is received and the final artwork proof is approved.
• While we strive to meet all estimated delivery and production dates, these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by equipment failure, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Artwork and Copyright

• By uploading or submitting files, you guarantee that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to use and print the logos, images, and text contained within them.
• printkuwait.com is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
• We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates local Kuwaiti laws.

5. Delivery and Signage Installation

• Delivery: We will deliver your completed order to the address provided. You must ensure someone is available to receive it.
• Installation: If your order includes signage installation, it is your responsibility to ensure the site is accessible and ready on the scheduled date. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from building management or local authorities prior to installation.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Please refer to our dedicated Return Policy. Because products are custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started, and items are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

printkuwait.com shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of business, or loss of profits arising out of delayed deliveries, defective products, or installation issues. Our maximum liability is limited to the total price paid for the specific order in question.

١. عملية الطلب والموافقة على التصاميم (البروفة)

• الموافقة على التصميم: قبل البدء في الطباعة، قد نرسل لك "بروفة" رقمية لتصميمك. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التحقق بعناية من الأخطاء الإملائية، والتنسيق، والبيانات. بمجرد موافقتك النهائية، يدخل الطلب مرحلة الإنتاج، ولن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أخطاء موجودة في التصميم الذي تمت الموافقة عليه.
• اختلاف الألوان: نظراً لأن شاشات الكمبيوتر تعرض الألوان بنظام (RGB) بينما تتم الطباعة بنظام (CMYK)، فلا يمكننا ضمان تطابق الألوان بنسبة 100% بين الشاشة والمنتج النهائي. التغيرات الطفيفة في درجات الألوان تعتبر أمراً طبيعياً في مجال الطباعة.

٢. الأسعار والدفع

• جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك.
• نظراً لأن جميع الطلبات تُصنع خصيصاً للعميل، يجب استلام الدفع بالكامل قبل بدء الإنتاج.
• نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير أسعارنا في أي وقت، ولكن هذه التغييرات لن تؤثر على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها ودفع قيمتها مسبقاً.

٣. أوقات الإنتاج والتنفيذ

• يبدأ احتساب وقت الإنتاج فقط بعد استلام المبلغ كاملاً والموافقة النهائية على التصميم.
• في حين أننا نسعى جاهدين للالتزام بمواعيد التسليم والإنتاج، إلا أن هذه المواعيد تقديرية وليست مضمونة بشكل قاطع. نحن غير مسؤولين عن التأخيرات الناتجة عن أعطال الآلات، أو نقص المواد، أو الظروف القاهرة.

٤. التصاميم وحقوق النشر (الملكية الفكرية)

• برفعك أو تقديمك للملفات، فإنك تقر وتضمن أن لديك الحق القانوني والتصاريح اللازمة لاستخدام وطباعة الشعارات، والصور، والنصوص الموجودة فيها.
• printkuwait.com غير مسؤولة عن أي انتهاك لحقوق الطبع والنشر ينتج عن الملفات المقدمة من العميل.
• نحتفظ بالحق في رفض طباعة أي محتوى غير قانوني، أو مسيء، أو يتعارض مع قوانين دولة الكويت.

٥. التوصيل وتركيب اللوحات الإعلانية

• التوصيل: سنقوم بتوصيل طلبك إلى العنوان المذكور. يجب التأكد من وجود شخص لاستلام الطلب.
• التركيب: إذا كان طلبك يتضمن خدمة تركيب لوحات، فتقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التأكد من جاهزية الموقع وسهولة الوصول إليه في الموعد المحدد. كما أن العميل مسؤول عن استخراج أي تصاريح أو موافقات ضرورية من إدارة المبنى أو الجهات الحكومية قبل البدء بالتركيب.

٦. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

يرجى مراجعة سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا. نظراً لأن المنتجات تُطبع خصيصاً لك، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات أو تعديلها بمجرد بدء الإنتاج، والمنتجات غير قابلة للاسترداد المالي إلا في حالة وجود عيوب مصنعية.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل printkuwait.com أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة، أو خسارة في الأعمال، أو فقدان للأرباح الناتجة عن تأخير التسليم، أو المنتجات المعيبة، أو مشاكل التركيب. يقتصر الحد الأقصى لمسؤوليتنا على القيمة الإجمالية المدفوعة للطلب المعني.
